1. About Cosmic Lessons

Cosmic Lessons ("we", "us", "the Service") is a personal astrology learning platform operated by Laura, based in Newbury, United Kingdom. The Service is accessible via app.cosmiclessons.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has given permission for you to use and pay for the Service.

Subscribers may enter birth data for other people, including their children, for the purpose of computing natal charts. By entering another person's data, you confirm that you have their consent or, in the case of children, that you are their parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is available as a monthly subscription at £4.99 per month.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account's subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.

6. What the Service Is (and Isn't)

Cosmic Lessons is an educational tool for learning about astrology and numerology through your own chart. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, financial, or legal. Interpretations are for personal reflection and learning only.

7. Your Data

You provide birth data (date, time, place) to use the Service. You may also enter birth data for other people — partners, family members, friends, or children — to compute their charts. By doing so, you confirm you have their consent or, in the case of children under 13, that you are their parent or legal guardian. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's content or interpretations.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security.

Your data is private to your account. We enforce strict access controls so that no user can see another's charts or personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, interpretations, design, and code of Cosmic Lessons are the property of Cosmic Lessons. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via the email address on their account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
